Do I Have To Book For The Whole Term?
As well as being better value (£7 per class), booking for the term guarantees your space on your chosen class and most people find it helps them stick to their goal of a regular practice. However, if you’d rather book sessions individually, remaining spaces are made available to book nearer the time at £9 per session.
I’ve Never Done Yoga Before – Is That OK?
Yes! Beginners are welcome. Lots of people in my classes started as complete beginners
What Do I Need To Bring To Class?
- · Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
- · Layers to stay warm if needed.
- · Bottle of water.
- · Blanket and cushion for relaxation (optional).
- · Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
I Have An Injury Or Health Condition – Can I Come?
Please check with your doctor before starting yoga. If you are unsure about the suitability of the classes, please get in touch before booking.
Can I Just Turn Up?
No. Please book online before coming to class. This ensures we have enough space and equipment for everyone.
Where Do I Find the Venues?
Buntingford classes are held at Christ Church United Reformed Church Hall – look for a blue door to the right hand side of the big blue doors at the front of the building. Braughing classes are held at Braughing Community Centre.
Is There Somewhere to Park?
Braughing: Plenty of space in the free car park next to the Community Centre, plus an overflow carpark behind the building if the main car park is ever full.
Buntingford: There is roadside parking on Baldock Road, just opposite the Church Hall – this is free after 6:30pm. If there are no spaces here, there is a public car park nearby on Bowling Green Lane which is also free in the evenings
I’m Pregnant – Are Your Classes Suitable For Me?
Please check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program while pregnant. I highly recommend finding a dedicated Pregnancy Yoga Class, especially tailored to your needs. However, if you have practised yoga before, we can make adjustments in class to accommodate. Please get in touch to discuss this with me before booking.
