Make your physical and mental health a priority with 6 weeks of Mindful Flow Yoga. Over the term, we’ll build fitness, flexibility, balance and endurance as well as soothe aches, pains and muscle tension.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never practised yoga before or aren’t very flexible. Beginners always welcome at our friendly yoga communities in Buntingford and Braughing.
The Easter term starts week beginning Monday 25th February and runs for six weeks until the Easter Holidays (full dates list below). Times and locations are as follows:
Christ Church UR Church Hall, Buntingford
- Mondays: Mindful Flow: 7:15-8:15pm & 8:30-9:30pm
Community Centre, Braughing
- Tuesdays: Mindful Flow: 7:30- 8:30pm

Discounted Term Booking
As well as being better value (£7 per session), signing up for a Mindful Flow term guarantees your space on your chosen class each week. Most people also find that committing to a term helps them stick to a regular practice and progress towards their personal fitness goals.

- Mindful Flow 6 Class Term – Tuesdays 7:30pm £42 (£7 per class)
Please note: discounted term bookings are non-refundable. Missed classes cannot be carried over to future terms, however, if there are spaces, you’re welcome to swap to another session in the same week.
If there are spaces remaining after term booking is over, these are offered as pay-as-you-go bookings at £9 per session (BOOK HERE FROM 21st FEB).

An energising session, bringing balance to body and mind.
In Mindful Flow Yoga, we bring awareness to the sensations of the breath and body through a sequence of mindful movements. Cultivating mindful awareness helps us tune in to the body and learn to take better care of ourselves. The sequences are adapted from traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and challenge our physical limits in order to build balance, mobility, strength and stability. We begin and end the class with mindful relaxation – a moment of calm in our busy lives.
Priority is given to term bookings, which open before pay-as-you-go bookings (PAYG). As well as being better value (£7 per class), booking for the term guarantees your space on your chosen class and most people find it helps them stick to their goal of a regular practice. However, if you’d rather book sessions individually, remaining spaces are made available to book nearer the time at £9 per session.
- Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in
- Bottle of water
- Blanket and cushion for relaxation (optional)
- Yoga mats are provided but feel free to bring your own if you like.
Please note: Braughing Community Centre can be a little chilly in the winter months. Please bring plenty of layers.
Buntingford classes are held at Christ Church United Reformed Church Hall – look for a blue door down a path to the right hand side of the big blue doors at the front of the building.
Braughing classes are held at Braughing Community Centre:
Braughing Parking: Plenty of space in the free car park next to the Community Centre, plus an overflow carpark behind the building if the main car park is ever full.
Buntingford Parking: There is roadside parking on Bladock Road, just opposite the Church Hall – this is free after 6:30pm. If there are no spaces here, there is a public car park nearby on Bowling Green Lane which is also free in the evenings.
Yes! Beginners are welcome and classes are beginner friendly.

I would always highly recommend finding a dedicated Pregnancy Yoga Class, especially tailored to your needs. However, if you have practised yoga before, we can make adjustments in class to accommodate. Please get in touch to discuss this with me before booking.
