I'm so excited to finally by getting back to some in-person classes this September. A 1hr Mindful Flow session will be taking place at Braughing Community Centre on Tuesday evenings, 7:30-8:30pm throughout September. As we'll have social distancing measures in place, there are only 8 spaces available. Please ensure you have read all the instructions below before booking.

Class Dates:

  • Tuesday 1st September
  • Tuesday 8th September
  • Tuesday 15th September
  • Tuesday 22nd September
  • Tuesday 29th September

Sessions must be booked as the full block of 5 classes.

Cost: £50 (£10 per class).

If you cannot make a session, let me know and, if I can fill the space, I’ll refund you the cost for the class. 


Online Add-On Discount

What to join in-person and have access to my online sessions too? I’m offering an in-person + online bundle, covering in-person Braughing sessions and online classes/playbacks for September all for £75 – giving you a £20 discount on the online Unlimited Pass for the month. Should you wish to do this, please drop me an email after booking these in-person sessions and I’ll send you a discount code to book your September Unlimited Pass for online sessions.

In-Person Class Instructions 


As we cannot use shared equipment, you will need to bring ALL your own equipment to class. You will need:

·      Yoga or exercise mat

·      Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in

·      Layers to stay warm if needed (windows will be open for ventilation)

·      Bottle of water

·      Folded blanket or cushion (may be required for extra padding in certain poses)


If you would like a block, I have some spares I'm happy to give away at the first session.

Coming to Class:

Please arrive ready to practise in your yoga wear, 5-10mins before the start of class. Do not congregate outside of the community centre, but make your way straight into the hall and use the sanitisation station available at the entrance before entering the main hall. Socially distanced spaces will be marked out to show you where to set up your mat. Please fill up from the far side of the hall first.

Covid Symptoms

If you or any of your household are experiencing any of the below symptoms, you must not attend class and should follow the correct government guidelines for self-isolation. 

·      a new continuous cough

·      a high temperature

·      a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

You should also follow government isolation guidelines if you’ve come into contact with anyone with coronavirus.

Social Distancing:

Please maintain two metres plus from other members of the class and the teacher at all times. No hands on adjustments will be used. 

Extra Measures:

The hall floor, door handles and toilet facilities will be disinfected by me before your arrival and will be cleaned again after class. Windows will be left open to provide fresh air ventilation throughout the class. No cash payments will be taken - everyone must have pre-booked before attending. Records will be kept of your attendance for 21 to assist with track and test.

You are not required to wear a mask in class.
